The "DUMPLING" in My Unit

Owh well, it is about a year that i hv been joining this bank, in this department, this unit.

Overall, my working environment is very good (in terms of facilities and furnishing).

However, this is not wat m i going to say here, at this moment, with this kinda fucking bad mood.

What i wana "release" off tonite is ALL ABOUT THE FATTY STUPID DUMPLING in my unit.

Well, this old dumpling, he is seriously not respectable at all!

Working with this kinda DUMPLING as colleague, i feel lik m living in the hell EVERYDAY.

1st of all, this LAZY fellow, working at his workstation for 10 mins, and den he would need to go down to SMOKE for abt 30mins.

And then, working at his workstation for 30 mins, he would then gotta talk on his PERSONAL PHONE CALLS for about 1 hour. LOLx.

At his HIGH GRADE and BIG TITLE, with HIGH SALARY, i would dare to say that he is just doing the PEANUT JOB!

yea, right, his salary has nothing to do with me, he is more senior, he is UNION member, he is working here for sooooooo longgggg aldy, bla bla bla.

BUT SO WAT???? do all these mean that we need to do ALL YOUR JOB and giving u sufficient time to go smoking / eating / talking on the phone???

At his salary, i wonder why don "they" just hire anoth 2-3 girls to replace him!

ANYONE can be more efficient and effective than him!

Always complaining that "cant finish pending job", "no one assisting", "short-handed", bla bla bla.

HEY, hello!!! think before u complain la! why cant u finish ur PENDING JOB?? bcoz u nvr do ur work!! instead, u re enjoying!! excuse me, this is ur full time job or PART TIME JOB??

i think ur full time job is just TALKING ON ENDLESS AND NON-STOP PERSONAL PHONE CALLS.

No one assisting u???? EXCUSE ME, if u think tat wat WE ALL do for you are still not enuf for u, can or not u just RESIGN / RETIRE / SHARE YOUR HIGH SALARY with us for doing ALL YOUR PENDING JOB EVERYDAY???

GIVE AND TAKE okay?? u always DEMAND FOR ASSISTANCE UNREASONABLY, do you ever assist on others for EVEN ONCE??? LoLx. SHAME OF YOU for saying this!!!!!

Here, we re not short-handed alright??? it is just that u are wasting the capacity staying here do nothing! YOU HAVE NO EFFICIENCY AND NO EFFORT CONTRIBUTED at all alrite??

just think la, without u, WE ALL can still manage to finish the work, so wat is your function here actually? apart from being ANNOYING and TALKING CRAP.

if we get anoth new girl to replace you, DEFINITELY ALL THE PROB MENTIONED BY US WOULDNT OCCUR!!!!

and, the things and the works tat done by u at ur end, CONFIRM AND SURELY got 95% MISTAKES and ERRORS that always give us TROUBLE!!!

etc etc and etc. i just cant finish telling / telling further / saying too much abt him, as if i wana do so, i would need to spend around a month to finish this blog post which might costing 100000000000 words!!!!!!
